As an FYI, here are some highlights:
Average coffee shop that seems to be pick of the litter in Armonk. Decent food options, but I didn't love the omelette I've had there. Free newspapers to read while sipping are a nice touch. Easy parking weekday mornings.
I have never reviewed a place before so I hope the owner takes full notice of this review: I was here today, 11/26, during the town’s annual Frosty day where local businesses should welcome the opportunity to introduce themselves to new customers, and the staff was incredibly rude, the latte was maybe mediocre and the food couldn’t even muster that much. I am a huge proponent of small businesses (coming from a family that owned bakeries), and therefore it’s upsetting to have to write such a review. I can forgive a lot but never such rude service.
Cute place w good coffee and food BUT wont return due to 2 female staff working 10/15 late afternoon. They never asked my daughter and I if we wanted help and the shorter girl actually stepped in front of me to spray the viewing window (baked goods). She hit 2 items w her spray; french-toast muffin top and a muffin! When we ordered neither spoke or smiled...I asked if they had cream for my cold brew and the taller girl just pointed across the way. Very poor customer service for such a cute place!
- when asked what are good options for kids, the response, after a sigh, was “I don’t know”
Very Lively store with a bunch of healthy and gluten free options. Coffee is delicious and breakfast sandwiches are on point. I came in on a Saturday morning and the owner was actually behind the counter and took my order and actually suggested me his favorite smoothie! Thx!
- in response to asking to wait for the digital menu to reload with the items, the counter person said “don’t you know what you want”
Nice little coffee shop (tea in my case). Clean with personable staff and good free WiFi.
- when I told the cashier that the counter person has my entire order written down and may just be easier to use that list, she said “can you just tell me what you got“ (the counter person was standing near the cashier)
